Obituary for Walter Matt Koch
On September 12, 2023, aged 93. Walter was the cherished husband of the late Katherine (August 16, 2023) and the beloved father of Linda Koch, Karen Savon and Kathleen Arbus (Ted). He was a dear grandfather to Jessica, Joshua, Melissa, Ryan, Tyler and Justin and great-grandfather to Adrianna, Jameson, Carmela and Myla. Loving brother of Mitzi Allen and brother-in-law to Dick Haller (Vera) and the late Steve Haller (late Hedy). He will be greatly missed by all.
Visitation will take place on Sunday September 17, 2023 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9pm at Families First, 1065 Lauzon Road E., Windsor (519) 969-5841.
The funeral will take place on Monday September 18, 2023 at 11:30am at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1215 Parent Ave., Windsor. Burial Victoria Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Alzheimer Society of Windsor and Essex County or the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation.
