Obituary for Walter Arthur Valley
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Father and Grandpa, Walter on April 25, 2024 at 77 years of age.
Reunited with his beloved wife of 43 years, Gloria (2015). Father to his adored daughter, Lee-Anne Valley (Steve Smith). Cherished grandpa to his pal, Owen. Predeceased by his parents, Wendel and Francis. Walter will be missed by his many brothers, sisters and extended family.
He will be remembered as Wild Wally, stubborn but loving. The man that knew every back road in every city across Ontario. He had a passion for hunting, fishing, the casino, going for car rides and watching sports with his son-law, Steve. He was just an outdoor guy who wanted to live back in the bush. Walter took great pride in being a grandpa, his family was his greatest joy.
In lieu of flowers or donations, please treat yourself to a fish and chips dinner, Chinese or a meal of your choice and cheers to Wally.
Cremation has taken place as per Walter’s wishes. A celebration of life to be announced in the coming weeks.
