To: WINDSOR GOODFELLOWS CLUB,
Our deepest condolences to the Varga family on the passing of Bill. I had the great pleasure of working with Bill for many years during my employment with both the Town of Amherstburg and the County of Essex. He was always willing to listen to staff and administration when considering issues and matters being discussed at Council. He was a true gentleman in every sense of the word and respected by his peers.
