Passed away peacefully on November 11, 2019 at 90 years of age. Cherished father of Peggy (Sam) Mannarino, Randy (Debbie), Leon (Claudette), Dwane (Suzanne), Billy-Jo (Sherri), Patrick (Tijuanna), Tara-Lynn (James) Taylor, and Darren (Jennifer) Goodwin. Loving Grandpa and Papa of many Grandchildren and great Grandchildren. Best friend of Brandi and Roy Desbien. Beloved brother of Barry, Leslie and predeceased by Francis and Merlin. Bill will be sadly missed by his extended family and many dear friends.
