It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of William R. Fraser resulting from congestive heart failure. Beloved husband of Terry for 53 years. Loving father of William Jr. and wife Janice Kondruk, Chris and wife Angela. Dear Papa of Spencer, Mitchell, Alex and Carina. He will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends. He had a passion for boating, all types of cars and was a jack of all trades. After running many businesses successfully, he enjoyed an early retirement.
