It can be difficult to know what to say or do to ease the pain of someone who is grieving the death of a loved one. You may be fearful of saying the wrong thing, intruding, or adding to their pain. Loss is never easy, but learning about the normal, necessary process of grief and mourning can help. We've supplied a variety of articles written by Dr Alan Wofelt.
