Brian Parent

Brian started in funeral service in 1979. Husband of Mary-Lynn (Meloche) R.N. married in 1983. Together they opened Families First Funeral Home & Tribute Centre Inc. in May of 1996.  They have three children Alex, Ray and Chantelle. Since 1996 Families First has grown to 4 locations South Windsor, East Windsor, LaSalle and Amherstburg. Brian continues to be active at Families First as Managing Director and in a consulting role on future planning. Brian has assisted on many boards and Associations; Bereavement Authority of Ontario (Board of Management Advisory Chair), Victim Services (Past President and on the board of directors), VON Foundation (Past President and on the board of directors), Essex Region Conservation Foundation (Board of directors), Ontario Funeral Service Association (Past President and current member) as well as many other pass affiliations. Brian enjoys extended vacations with his wife golfing and seeing different parts of the world as well as hiking with his children which include Base Camp Mt. Everest, Iceland and the Dom at Yosemite.
