Families First invites you to join us for a special Healing Hearts workshop where you choose what you create.

Explore a selection of creative projects inspired by past Healing Hearts workshops. From memory pieces and meaningful keepsakes, to journaling and hands-on crafts, choose the project that speaks to you and create at your own pace in a calm, supportive environment.

Whether you’re revisiting a favourite project or trying something new, this evening is an opportunity to slow down, get creative and make something meaningful to take home.

No artistic experience is necessary — just bring your memories and an open heart.

All supplies will be provided. Everyone is welcome in our hearts.
