Families First invites you to join us for a FREE workshop to channel your grief into a creative project where your cherished memories will be captured. Together, with our team we will help you create a treasured memento that can be completed in one night or built upon as you continue your journey through grief.
In this workshop you will create a capsule to house special memories, favourite sayings, and small tokens that remind you of your loved one.
Supplies will be provided
Attendees are encouraged to bring small mementoes. (golf tees, bottle caps, toy cars, favourite scent, piece of a favourite article of clothing, etc.)
that can be added to your capsule.
This first come, first served, workshop is
limited to 40 people.
Attendees must have been served by or
advance planned with Families First.
