Passed away peacefully at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital March 12, 2008 at the age of 86. Born in Italy in the Province of Chieti, March 8, 1922. Beloved husband of Grace (nee Dalimonte) for 56 years. Loving and devoted father of John, David and wife Helen, Albert Vincent and wife Lucia. Cherished grandfather of David, Bettina, Brandy, Courtney and Olivia Deluzio, Grace and husband Scott Doe, great grandfather of Michael Doe. Predeceased by parents Vincenzo and Marianna Deluzio. Brother of the late Emma and husband Giuseppe. Sadly missed by nephew Peter and wife Angela, Romeo and wife Iolanda, John and wife JoAnne Orlando, niece Anna and husband Georgio Scalzo. Will be sadly missed by numerous great nieces, nephew, friends and all whose lives he's touched. Albert was always extremely dedicated to his work. Starting with business in Italy, to Algoma Steel, then to Ford Motor Co., to Esso service stations including Central Auto Wash and Auto Sales on the corner of Erie and Goyeau beginning on March 15, 1959. He was a WWII veteran, a member of Canadian Italian Professional and Business Association, U.C.D.A. the Giovanni Caboto Club and the Knights of Columbus Windsor Council #1453, Dean Wagner 4th degree Assembly. Visiting Saturday 3-5 & 7-9pm and Sunday 3-5 & 7-9pm. Prayers Sunday 4:30pm. Knights of Columbus prayers Sunday evening 7:00pm. Funeral Monday 9:30am from Families First Funeral Home & Tribute Centre (519-969-5841) 3260 Dougall Ave. to Corpus Christi Church (1400 Cabana Rd. W) for Funeral Mass at 10:00am. Entombment to follow Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
