Peacefully with loving family by his side, following a courageous battle with cancer on March 5, 2012 at the age of 73. Cherished husband and best friend for 47 years of Bruna. Devoted father of Paola Grosso and Terry Rollo, Randy Grosso and Laura (Bomben), and Lorenz Grosso. Proud Nonno of Kristen and Luke. Loved son of the late Riccardo and Ester Grosso. Dear brother of Alba Franzolini of Italy and predeceased by Alfonso Pellarin. Will be missed by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Attilio retired in January 2000, as a millwright from Ford Motor Company after 34 years of dedicated service. He was extremely proud to be Canadian. Donations made to Hospice of Windsor-Essex County would be appreciated by the family. Cremation services have taken place. A private family Celebration of Life has been held.
