Beloved mother of Ursula Mathers (Gil), the late John (2005) (Theresa), Dick (Janet) , Pat (Beverly), Jo-Ann Deroy, the late Paul(1984), the late Betsy (Feb. 8, 2012) (Terry Whyte), Margaret Lavin, Dan (Nina). Dear sister of Shirley Santarossa (the late Andy), Pat Connor (late Lou), Genny Mombourquette (late Rod), and the late Mildred Mason (Harold), Dorothy Jacques (Bernard), and Madeline Santarossa (Cheese). Dear sister-in-law of the late John (Rose), Glen (Mabel), Pat (Irene), Marjorie Lavin, Eileen Lavin, Sister Anna Catherine Lavin. Dear aunt to numerous nieces and nephews. This beautiful city girl left the conveniences of city life and embraced the farm life where she created a loving homestead where she opened her arms unselfishly to all. Her family was the center of her life. She was a woman of deep faith and a great devotion to St. Anne. Mom not only sang the hymn of St. Francis but she lived it in her daily life and was an inspiration to everyone who knew her and was Gracious Hostess to the many gatheings at ‘The Farm'. Mom especially enjoyed her vacations out west with Bets and Terry. ‘Smiley' (Audrey) will be greatly missed by the loving and caring staff at Extendicare Tecumseh (Oldcastle House). In kindness, a donation to the Downtown Mission or the Salvation Army would be deeply appreciated. Visiting Monday 2 to 5, 7 -9 pm with parish Prayers at 7:30 pm at Families First 1065 Lauzon Rd. East Windsor 519-969-5841. Visiting Tuesday after 9:30 am at St. Anne Church, Tecumseh, until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am. Interment at St. Anne Cemetery.
