Surrounded by his family, our beloved husband, father, nonno and friend passed into his eternal rest on January 24, 2013 in his 86th year. Predeceased by his parents Antonio and Luigia and his brother Domenico, he is survived by his loving wife of 43 years Maria and his children Tony (Teresa) of Hamilton and Lisa (Robert) Martin of Windsor. He will be greatly missed by his loving grandchildren Serena, Jessica, Lucia and Noah. He is also survived by his sister Emma Caporale and her children Mary (Vince) Formicola, Antonietta (Osvaldo) Rizzo and Alba Caporale, his brother Mario in San Francisco, CA and sister Ines Fasulo in Italy, as well as many nieces and nephews. He will also be greatly missed by his great nieces and nephews Andrea, Nadia, Jeremy and Christopher. The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Jacob and the rest of the staff at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital who cared for Aurelio during his final days. Although his trademark hospitality, fresh-grown tomatoes and homemade wine will be missed, his example of hard work, generosity and devotion to his family and faith will carry on for generations. Visiting Sunday 3-5 & 7-9pm. Prayers Sunday 4:30pm. Funeral Monday 10:15am at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841 to St. Angela Merici Church (980 Louis Ave. Windsor) for Funeral Mass at 11am. Entombment Windsor Memorial Gardens.
