Passed away peacefully at Village of Aspen Lake Nursing Home, Windsor,in her 91st year on November 29, 2012 Beloved wife of the late John (1994) for 54 years. Daughter of the late Charles and Marie (Brisson) Bedard. Dear mother and mother-in-law of Philip (2009) and Joan (Vincent), Michael and Jayne (Gelinas), James and Diane (Milot), Gerald and Megan (Sherman), John and Sherry (Walker), Mark and Mary-Teresa (Bonato), Marianne, Daniel and Claire (Beausoleil), Raymond (1957), Patrick and Shelley (Colquhoun), Christopher (Barb Bateman). Dear grandmother of 14 grandchildren and great-grandmother of 18 great-grandchildren. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Therese Stark, Zurich; Olivia Bedard, Zurich; Teresa Bedard, London and Lee Regier, Dorchester. Predeceased by 4 brothers; Clarence, George, Stanislaws (Stance) and Leandre; 2 sisters Yvonne Sr. Marie Pierre and Rose Regier. Survived by many dear nieces and nephews. Bernadette belonged to the Catholic Women's League for many years. In kindness, a donation in Bernadette's memory may be made to Ste. Anne Church, Tecumseh, or St. Peter Church, St. Joseph, Ont., building restoration projects. Special thanks to the caring staff at Aspen Lake. Visiting at Families First Funeral Home, 1065 Lauzon Road, East Windsor (519-969-4851) on Sunday, December 2nd from 3-5, and 7-9 pm. C.L.W. prayers 4:00p.m. and evening prayers to take place at the funeral home on Sunday at 7:30 pm. Visiting will resume on Tuesday, December 4th from 10 am until the time of the Liturgy of Farewell followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am at St. Peter Church, 73316 Bluewater Highway, St. Joseph, Ontario.
