With a heavy heart, we announce Dad's passing on July 31, 2012 at the age of 86. Beloved husband of Olive (nee Doolan 2006). Dearest father of Elizabeth Ann & husband Denis DaDalt. Loving and proud grandfather of Domenic, Mario and Ashley. Predeceased by brothers Martin, William and Leonard. Brother-in-law of the late Cecil & Mary Doolan. "Favourite" uncle to many nieces and nephews. Bernard retired as Chief Estimator with Eastern Construction Co. Ltd. after many years of dedicated service. His skills were utilized with some of Windsor's buildings, including the University of Windsor, Grace & Hotel Dieu hospitals, the Cleary, Hiram Walkers to name a few. He was a veteran of WWII, RC Signals CMHQ-Ottawa, proudly serving our country. A sincere thank you to the wonderful staff of Extendicare Southwood Lakes for all of their devotion and kindness to Bernard.
