Peacefully with his children by his side at the age of 57 years on May 19, 2012 at Hospice. Blaine was the loving father of Maighan & husband Randy Strang and Brett MacNeil. Dear son of the late Veronica (2009) & John (1976) MacNeil. Beloved brother of the late Lorraine (2011), survived by her husband Gregory MacDonald, Ian & wife Sharon MacNeil, Colette MacNeil, Margaret Ann & husband Carlo Dezan, Myron & wife Lillian MacNeil and Shaun & wife Rosemary MacNeil. Cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed by his aunts, uncles and extended family. Life long friend of Emma and the Chan family. Blaine was an accomplished billiards player and was inducted into the VNEA Hall of Fame in 1995. He was happiest when spending time with his family and friends. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten by all those whose lives he touched with his love and sense of humour.
