Peacefully on October 30, 2003 at 49 years of age. Loving father of John Rathburn, Anne-Marie Rathburn. Dear son of the late Ira (1994) and Aurora (1998) Rathburn. Beloved brother of Barry and wife Marcella Rathburn, Darlene and husband Arthur Latkovskis. Cherished uncle of Jeff, Heather, Katie, Paul and David.
