Captain Jack Craig

Captain Jack passed away on January 17, 2012 at the age of 85 years. Father of Christine McCulloch, Peter and (Linda), Wayne and (Marlene) and Scott. Predeceased by son Ian, sisters Irene and Ellen and brother Robert, husband to (Barbara). Survived by brother David and (Betty) and several nieces and nephews. Grandfather to Eric, Lora, Kaylee, Kendall and Serena. Jack worked on car ferries for a number of years. Was Harbour Master for Windsor for eight years. Spent some years as a Fire Fighter for Sandwich West and Anderdon. Retirement years spent as Captain on the Boblo Ferry. If you so desire, memorial donations to the Windsor & Essex County Humane Society. Visiting Friday 7-9 p.m. at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841. Special thanks to the staff and friends at La Chaumiere, and to Dr. Chow and nurses on the 8th and 2nd floors at Hotel Dieu Hospital.
