In his 91st year, passed away peacefully on June 12, 2012 at Hotel Dieu Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Ruth Laura (1981) and the late Mary Ruth (1984). Cherished father of Janet Srebro & Isaac, and Douglas Freeman. Dear father-in-law of the late Heather Freeman (2004). Loving grandfather of Laura and Daniel. Dear brother of Clifford Freeman, Shelburne, Nova Scotia. Dear uncle of Nanette Holden and Dawn Brown and their families. David was a dedicated employee with the Ford Motor Company for over forty years. He was a volunteer driver for many years for the Cancer Society and a volunteer for the Canadian Red Cross and was also a member of the Windsor Lodge # 403 A.F & A.M. Masonic service will be held on Thursday evening at 7:30pm under the auspices of the Windsor Lodge # 403 A.F & A.M. Visiting Thursday 7-9pm and Friday 3-5 & 7-9pm at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841. On Saturday, family and friends are invited to meet at St Matthews Anglican Church (1600 Norfolk Ave) after 11:00am followed by Funeral Service at 12:00pm. Interment Windsor Memorial Gardens.
