Reunited with first wife Jacqueline Burrell (1999) the love of his life for 49 years. Don was also fortunate to find a loving companion in Gertrude Burrell (nee Hope) (2012) whom he was married to for 11 years. Loving father of Michael Rochon and Susan, Diane Rivait and Fred, Jesse Burrell and Lori and together again with late son Donald Jr. Burrell (2009) and surviving wife Darlene. Proud granddad of Jason, Melissa, Rebecca, Richard, Matthew, Rachelle, Nathan, Lorian and great granddad of 6.

Don owned and operated Don Burrell Plumbing for many years before being employed by the City of Windsor as a Plumbing Inspector. He was a founding member of St. Phillip's Anglican Church and most recently as an active parishioner of St. John's Anglican Church. Donations made to Alzheimer Society Windsor & Essex Co. would be appreciated by the family. Memorial Visitation Monday from 7-9 pm at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841.
