Earl Kavanaugh

Peacefully on February 20, 2013, at the age of 70, with his loving family by his side. Loving husband and best friend of Sandra for 43 years. Dear dad of Kevin and fiancé Denise, Kerri and husband Gilbert, Bryan and Breanne and Arlene. Dearest son of Virginia Knight and the late Ted, and son-in-law of the late William and Isabelle Brown. Dear brother of Bob and the late Karen, Cheryl and husband Rick, Reg and wife Barbara, and predeceased by his brother Kirk. Brother-in-law of Murray and Vivienne Brown, David Brown, Robert and Dorothy Brown. Cherished grandpa of Connor and Megan, Travis and Ashley. Earl will be sadly missed by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Earl will also be missed by his beloved dog Sayde. Earl befriended others easily, and will be sadly missed by all who knew him. After retiring from General Motors Transmission Plant, Earl spent his time doing what he loved – fishing. If you so desire, donations to the Windsor & Essex County Cancer Centre Foundation or Hospice Residential would be appreciated by the family. Visitation Sunday 2:00-5:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service Monday at 11:30 a.m. at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841.
