Edward Norman Renaud

Peacefully on August 10, 2011 at 82 years of age with his loving family by his side. Dear son of the late Wilfred Renaud and the late Marie Renaud Lachance (née Champagne) both of Tecumseh. Beloved husband of Merine (Trepanier) Renaud (née Rivait) for 30 years. Cherished father of Susan and husband Eric Tiessen, Annette and husband Adrien Sylvestre and Gerard Renaud and wife Kathy. Treasured step-father of Donald Trepanier and wife Christine, Marlene Cooper, Cheryl and husband Ernest Mailloux, Marilynn and husband Pat Mansell, Maurice Trepanier and wife Julie, Loraine Laporte and Joseph Trepanier. Loving Pepé of Josette, Jennifer, Melissa, Andréa, Brent, Danielle and the late Randi Renaud. Step Pepé of Kevin, Shawn, Vanessa, Jeremy, Jason, Nadia, Nicole, Paul, Mat, Tom, Phil, Nadine, Natalie, Emilie, Ryle, Drew, Denika, Madison and Tyler. Great-Pepé of Ryan, Dylan, Brock, Mayelle. Step Great- Pepé of Kole, Eathan, Caden, Deegan, Jordan, Zack, Kalissa, Sydney, Brooklynn and Rylee. Dear brother of Stanley Renaud and wife Rose, Roland Lachance and wife Edie, Armand Lachance and wife Betty and the late Helen and her late husband Paul Ruggaber. Brother-in-law of Tessie and husband Armand Rivait, Pauline Strong, Dorine Drouillard and her late husband Ron, Jeanette and husband Ernie Quenneville and the late Don Rivait and his wife Aggie. Edward retired from Chrysler after 30 years of service. He went on to enjoy 31 years of retirement. He was a member of Slow Pitch baseball league until the age of 65. Edward and Merine were avid campers at Sturgeon Woods in Leamington for many years. If you so desire, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family. Visiting Friday 2-5pm and 7-9pm at Families First 1065 Lauzon Rd. East Windsor, 519-969-5841. Parish Prayers Friday 7:30pm. On Saturday, friends are invited to join the family after 10 am at Good Shepherd Parish (St. William Site, Emeryville, 1203 Church St.) for Mass at 11am. Interment to follow at St. William Cemetery.
