Passed away peacefully with his family at his side following a short battle on February 27, 2013 at the age of 76. Beloved husband of Mary (nee Belawetz) of 46 years. Dearest father of John and wife Rebecca Zytynski of Flower Mound, TX and Kim Nishiyama and husband Yosuke of Scottsdale, AZ. Loving Dedo of Gracie, Asher, Eva, Sora and Kai. Will be missed by sister-in-law Anne Belawetz. Dear uncle of Diane Dubas. Ed enjoyed a 44 year career at Hiram Walker's. Ed was also a long time season ticket holder of the Windsor Spitfires and an avid sports fan. A special thanks to the Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital, ICU Staff, Dr. Kadri, Rose Kadri, Dr. Aoun, and the 7th and 8th floor Nursing Staff for their care and compassion. Donations made to the Diabetes Association or to Hotel Dieu Hospital Renal Dialysis Unit would be appreciated by the family. Cremation was held. Memorial visiting Saturday from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm.
