Peacefully on September 11, 2011 surrounded by her loving family. Cherished wife of Edward for 64 years. Loving mother of Richard and wife Sandy, Carol De Lorme and husband Vic, and Don and wife Trish. Treasured "Grandma J" of Bobby, Josh, Rachel, Kristal, and Megan. Dear sister of Pat Essery, Frank Conley and wife Sandy, the late Don Conley, late Dolores Sumner and the late Betty Kalyn. Sister-in-law of Jack Kalyn, the late Brian Essery, the late Johnny Sumner and the late Patricia Conley. She will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Eileen worked at Windsor Regional Hospital at the information desk. She was an avid golfer and was a member of Erie Shores for over 25 years. Special thanks to the staff of 4 North and the Cancer Clinic at Metropolitan Campus. Also a special thank you to Dr. Caroline Hamm for her dedication and care. The family wishes to thank the entire staff at Seasons-Royal Oak Village in LaSalle especially to Brenda for her kindness and care.
