Peacefully on November 18, 2009 at 87 years of age at Southwood Lakes. Beloved wife of the late Laurino (1994). Cherished mother of Laurie Farano & Betty, Kenneth & Patricia Farano and Dennis & Bonita Farano. Loving grandmother and Nonna of Melissa Farano & Marco Cervi, Derek Farano & Melissa, Jeff, Ryan Farano & Elizabeth. Great grandmother and Nonna of Calista, Carlo and Ethan. Predeceased by her parents Luigi & Zoraide Biasutti, her brother Mario & wife Jean and her sister Norma Boulaine & husband Alex. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends especially her dear friend Olga Pidutti from Southwood Lakes. If you so desire, memorial donations made to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated by the family. Elizabeth will be lovingly remembered for her love of traveling with her companions from California as well as with her local friends on their yearly trip to Spain. She was also retired from GM Trim Plant as a sewer after 29 years of service and was a member of CAW Union Local 1973. Visitation will be Friday 3-5 & 7-9pm with parish prayers at 4 pm at Families First Funeral Home & Tribute Centre (519-969-5841) 3260 Dougall Ave. On Saturday, family and friends are invited to meet at Corpus Christi Church (1400 Cabana Rd. W.) after 9:30 am followed by Funeral Mass at 10 am. Cremation to follow.
