It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our mother, grandmother (nonna) and sister. Elizabeth died surrounded by her family at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital on April 13, 2011 at the age of 79 years. Reunited with her beloved late husband Salvatore (1995). Cherished mother of Judy Hawkins (Ron), Bruno Bertucci (Kathy), Tony Bertucci (Michelle), and Rose Martin (Wayne). She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Kristina and fiancé Tony, Matt, Sal, Corey, Nicole, Samantha, Elizabeth, and Sarah. Dear sister of Angela Petrella (Mario), Dominic Roti (Cathy) and Frank Roti. She is survived by many nieces, nephews and by her wonderful companion kitty "Sunshine". Elizabeth was a long time parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church where she faithfully attended for over 35 years. We would like to thank the Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital emergency room Comfort Care Team especially Marcy and Val.
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers Thursday at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Friday 10 a.m. from Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841 to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church for a Funeral Mass at 10:30 am. Entombment Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
