Passed away suddenly at Windsor Regional Hospital on December 19, 2009 at 91 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Daniel (2005) with whom she celebrated 63 years of marriage. Loving mother of Maurice and wife Patricia, Ulric (Rick) and the late Mary Anne (2007), the late Lily (1949) and very special aunt of Yvonne and husband Leonard Amlin. She had 7 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Cherished Godmother to many. "Aunt Betts" to many nieces and nephews. Dear sister of the predeceased Felix and Mae Renaud, Emma and Fernus Diotte, Clara and Noah Drouillard, Elie and Irene Renaud, Arthur and Helen Renaud, Millie and Elie Diesbourg, and Rose Renaud and survived by one sister in law Doris Robillard. Elizabeth was a parishioner of St. Clement Church and a member of the Catholic Women's League. Resident of Chartwell Oak Park since 2007. Special thanks to the staff at Chartwell for their special care and friendship. As well a thank you to the sixth floor at Windsor Regional Hospital. Visiting Monday 7-9pm and Tuesday 2-5 and 7-9pm at Families First Funeral Home & Tribute Centre (519-969-5841) 3260 Dougall Ave. Prayers Tuesday 8:30pm. On Wednesday family and friends are invited to meet at St. Clement Church, McGregor after 9:00am followed by celebration of Mass at 10:00am. Interment St. Clement Cemetery, McGregor.
