Peacefully on February 24, 2012 at 88 years of age. Beloved husband of Alderina (nee Pattaro). Loving father of Tiziano Zaghi & wife Nancy Cochran-Zaghi, Athos Zaghi & wife Jillian Brown and Elvio & wife Dawn Zaghi. Cherished Nonno of Michael, Laura and Alessandro. Survived by his brother Elvio in Italy and predeceased by brother Nivardo. Special thanks to Rick and Anna St. Antoine. Eros, Alderina and Family moved to Windsor in 1957 from Bolzano, Italy. As a loving husband and father he raised three sons, with strong values and appreciation of life. As a provider, he worked at Ford and Alderina's Boutique, the family business on Erie Street. As a sportsman, he cherished bowling at Bowlero for over 40 years, bocce at the Caboto Club and his passion of cycling as a founding member of the Caboto Velo Club.
