It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Felicia, surrounded by her family and loved ones in her home, on February 17, 2011 after battling ALS (Lou Gehrig's), at the age of 59. Beloved wife of 40 years to Elio. Loving mother to Renata, Tania and husband Rick Fryer, Laura and husband Virginio Zanella of Italy. Adored Nana of Sabrina, Patrick, Erica, Alex and Cora. Felicia was actively involved with Caboto Velo Club. Her love for the Lord was evident through her work at Calvary Community Church and was expressed through every person she touched with her big heart. We want to extend our most sincere appreciation to ALS Society for being able to provide all equipment and materials with a special thanks to Sharon Coleman for her dedication and support. CCAC for organizing workers to care for Felicia daily. To Hospice of Windsor, especially Dr. Gall and Fran Stanutz for constant care and concern for Felicia. Also for St. Elizabeth, Bayshore and Red Cross personal support workers and nurses for their ongoing care in her time of need. With very special thanks to individual care workers who went above and beyond Crystal, Beth, Tammy, Joellen, Suzanne and Daisy. In kindness, donations to ALS Society would be appreciated by the family.
