Peacefully on September 8, 2003 at 93 years of age. Beloved husband of Phyllis. Loving father of Fred T. and wife Betty Hussey, Doug Hussey and friend Flora Stacey. Cherished grandfather of Janelle and Amanda and husband Rob. Dear son of the late Frederick and Bertha Hussey. Dearest brother of the late Waldron, husband of Steffie Hussey, Violet, wife of the late Charlie Wright, the late Beatrice and Bill Murphy, the late Bertha and Ken Middleton, Robert and wife Eilene Hussey. Fred was a veteran of W.W.II serving as a Lance Corporal with the Essex Scottish Regiment and was a member of the R.C.L. Branch #255 and the P.O.W. Association. Fred was a retired meat cutter with Dominion Stores of Canada. If you so desire, donations to the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family. Legion service Wednesday 7pm . Visiting Wednesday 2:30pm-5pm and 7pm to funeral service 8:30pm at Families First Funeral Home & Chapel Inc. (969-5841) 2670 Dougall Avenue. Major Bert Sharp officiating. Cremation to follow.
