Peacefully, with his family by his side, on July 2, 2011 at 82 years of age. Beloved husband of Joan for 60 years. Loving father of June & Al Ouellette, Joyce & David Blake, Linda Sorrell & Bill Jarvis, John & Lori Forsyth. Predeceased by son-in-law Danny Sorrell. Cherished grandpa of Krystal and Kyle Ouellette; Ryan, Kevin and Sean Blake; Stacey & Randy Mayzik, Danielle Sorrell, Savannah, Kaylee and Dayna Forsyth. Treasured Great Grandpa of Ethan and Dylan Mayzik. Predeceased by his mother Edna Casemore. Dearest brother-in-law of Don & Pat Beauchamp. Jerry was a proud Chrysler Canada employee for over 40 years and enjoyed over 22 years of retirement with his family and friends.
