It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Joe on February 17, 2013 at 84 years of age. Beloved husband of 50 years on March 13th to Franca (nee Fanara). Loving father of the late Frank (2012), survived by his wife Rose, Tony & wife Wendy and John. Father-in-law of Lisa. Cherished Nonno of Frances, Vanessa, Erika, Tianna, Aleisha, Joseph, Lauren and Julia. Son of the late Francesco and Giovanna Geraci. Dear brother of the late Maria & Vincenzo, the late Alphonso & Mimma, the late Liboria & Antonino, Rita & the late Innocenzo, Francesca & Francesco, the late Stefano & Gaetana, Assunta & the late Stefano. Brother-in-law of the late Antonio & Caterina, Giovanni & Debbie, Rino & Enza, Anna, Armando & Angela. Will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends in Canada, United States and Italy. Joe worked for 40 years in construction. Joe was an avid gardener and connoisseur of his homemade wine. Joe will be forever remembered for his sparking smile that could light up a room.
