It is with heavy hearts that we, the family of Inez Canzi, announce her passing on March 10, 2013, at the age of 89 yrs. At Malden Park palliative care centre. Predeceased by her husband Benjamin Canzi (1996), she is lovingly remembered by her five children, Clifford (Nancy) Canzi, Douglas (Lucille) Canzi, Joanne (Paul), David Canzi and Michael Canzi and her five treasured Grandchildren, Lisa Canzi, Tony Canzi, Jennifer (Bernard) Howes, Clayton (Sarah) Canzi and Amanda Canzi and her friend Barry McNair and her cherished great-grandchildren, Benjamin, Gabriella and Theodore Howes, Colin (Canzi) McLeod and baby Maynard Canzi who will miss their loving Nonna. She is also survived by her sister Ida Trevisan and brother John (Terri) Trevisan and numerous nieces and nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents, Katerina (Veneruz) and Peter Trevisan and by brothers, Onorio (Doris) Trevisan and Joseph Trevisan and sisters Annie (Joe) Canzi, Irma (Gino) Toffinetti. Inez will be remembered for her love of family and cooking and her favorite moments in life were the occasions that brought them together. She spent her final years at Seasons Senior's Residence in Belle River and made many lasting friendships. Special thanks to the staff at Seasons Belle River, Windsor Western, Met Campus and Malden Park Palletive Care for their compassion and care. Funeral Tuesday 10:30am from FAMILIES FIRST, 1065 Lauzon Rd., East Windsor (519-969-5841) to St. Theresa Church (1991 Norman Rd.) for Mass at 11:00am. Burial at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
