Passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on December 21, 2009 at the age of 77 years. Loving wife to the late Thomas E. Parker (May 17th, 1979). Cherished mother to Brenda and husband Luigi Marchelletta, Florence and husband Dan Smith, Bruce and wife Barb Parker, Thomas Parker, Isabel and husband Richard Palcit. Isabella will be missed by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Precious sister to Florence wife of the late Don Forsyth and the late William, Russel, Wilford, Fred, and Joseph Doughty. The family of Isabella would like to send a very special thank you to the Staff at Country Village for their kindness and the great job they have done.
