Jack passed away on February 6, 2013 with his family by his side at Windsor Regional Hospital-MET campus after a short illness at 83 years of age. Loving husband and best friend of 23 years to Barbara (nee Skeggs, Lucier). Beloved father of Nancy & Steve Warner, Ted & Debbie Proctor, Jim and Lori Proctor. Dear step-father of Jason & Sara Lucier and Jennifer & Brian Boksa. Loved grandfather of Christopher & Gloria, Timothy, Laura, Lisa, Daniel, Carolyn and Lydia Proctor. Cherished step-grandfather of Devon, Jacob, Joshua and Madelyn Lucier. Fun-loving step-grandfather to Grace and Andrew Boksa. Predeceased by brother Robert Proctor. Jack will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Jack has been one of the original owners of Rochester Place Golf and Camping Resort for 37 years. He loved building Rochester Place golf course alongside his partners and enjoyed sharing rounds of golf with everyone. Jack will be fondly remembered by his wonderful partners of many years, their spouses and his countless friends. Jack was known for his passion for competitive curling and was past president of the Windsor Curling Club and the Windsor Curling Club Seniors Association at Roseland Golf & Country Club. Jack was an insurance adjuster for 27 years and worked in a law firm as an insurance specialist for 10 years. Jack had a gift for striking conversation with anyone he met, hearing their story and sharing common points of interest. Jack loved to travel, plan the "details" of each trip and share the stories of these travels.
