Peacefully at home with loving family by his side. Beloved life partner of Yvonne van de Bovenkamp for 24 years. Cherished dad and best friend of Kolby. Loving son of the late Stewart and Thelma Phillips and close son in law of Anne and Chris Bovenkamp. Beloved brother of Stephen Phillips and wife Bev Harris, Gordon Phillips and wife Crystal Wade. Dear brother in law of Linda van de Bovenkamp and husband Michael Kastoff, Mark Bovenkamp and wife Kathleen, and Kelly van de Bovenkamp. Cherished uncle of Stephanie, Wendy, Lisa, Kelly, Keri, Brianne, Karsen, Katelyn, & Mack. Will be missed by his canine friend Wolfie. Jeff was a very dedicated long term employee of the Children's Aid Society and Family Service Windsor. Jeff was very passionate for his love of animals. He loved to joke and laugh while surrounded by family and friends especially his beautiful son Kolby. Jeff will be missed by many cherished friends, especially Michael Straud and family and Al Christie. Donations to the Children's Aid Society, Family Service Windsor, or the Erie Wildlife Rescue would be appreciated by the family. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Visitation Wednesday from 3-5pm & 7-9 pm. Celebration of Life Thursday at 11:30 a.m. at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841.
