Suddenly on February 11, 2012 at the age of 69. Beloved husband of Claudette for 37 years. Dear father of Gerard McCann and wife Rachelle. Brother of Rosemary, Maureen, Jack, Gary, their spouses and the late Paul. Uncle Jerry will be sadly missed my many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Jerry loved to golf and was also very proud of his garden. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, South Windsor Council # 1453, and was involved with MicMac Minor Sports Programs. Jerry worked as a longtime employee for Kelsey Hayes Limited prior to joining the Windsor Essex County Separate School Board, where he was still employed. He will always be remembered as a loving, caring, kindhearted friend and family man.
