Born on May 27, 1953 Passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer on March 13th, 2011. Surrounded by family and friends near and far. Loving wife of Edgar Lalande. Dear Mother of James Joseph Monk (Jackie) and Grandma to Kayla, Sam and Joe. Daughter of Marion and the late Al Monk (2000). Dear sister to Jim, Diane (Gene), Rick (Isabelle) and David (Patti) Monk Dear step-mother to Justin (Nicole) also surviving are many loving nephews, nieces and cousins.
