Passed away with his loving family by his side at the age of 81 years. Loving husband to Irene (nee Ratajczyk) with whom he celebrated 57 years of marriage. Cherished father to Sandra and husband James Drouillard. Adored grandfather of Christine and Jason Drouillard. Dear uncle to Gary and Randall Dombrowski and will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Joel was the founder of Tri-Way Machine in Windsor, he took great joy in his life's accomplishments and held numerous patents both in the U. S. and Canada. He was a member of the Canadian Tooling Manufacturing Association, Society of Manufacturing Engineers.
