Suddenly on March 4 2013, at the age of 59, with his loving family by his side. Loving husband of Betty (nee Couture). Dearest father of Allison Gravel and step-father of James Desmarais, Kenneth Desmarais and Aimee Phillips. Treasured brother of Johanna Foster and husband Frank, Gerard Gravel from Ottawa. Dear uncle of Theo Desautels, also from Ottawa. Joseph will be sadly missed by his 7 grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Helena (1999) and Hervé (1992). Joseph retired from Canada Post after 34 years of service. He was a very talented and generous man of many skills.
