A true angel entered Heaven to be reunited with her beloved late husband Vincenzo (January 31, 2001) on January 29, 2012. Josephine passed away peacefully in her 75th year surrounded by her loving family. A loving mother to Bruna and Lou Spina, Maria and Joe Lepera, and Joseph Politi. Adored nonna to her 5 grandsons Ross, Michael, and Matthew Lepera and Anthony and Jason Spina. Loving daughter of the late Bruno (1952) and Rosina (2007) Mammone. Special sister of Theresa Mammone of Sault Ste. Marie, Giovanni and Ernestina Mammone of Windsor, Vincenzo Mammone of Sault Ste. Marie, and the late Bruno Mammone. Dear daughter in law of the late Nicola (1994) and Maria Nicoletta (1985) Politi. A caring sister in law of Pasqualina Franco of Italy, Frank and Maria Politi, Dominic and Julie Politi, Antonietta and Gaspare Fallea, Maria and Mario Caruana, Giuseppina Datillo (1972), and Philip Politi (1998). Will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Josephine was born in Cimina Reggio Calabria and immigrated to Canada in 1956. She retired from Hotel Dieu Hospital in 1996.
