After many courageous battles with cancer, Ken passed away peacefully on October 5, 2008 at 51 years of age surrounded by his loving family. Soul mate and husband of Shari. Hero and father of Cole. Cherished brother of Pam Gent (David), Pat Kennedy (Rick) and Ray Mogg (Judy). Brother-in-law of Steve Dewar (Vicki) and Bob Dewar (Renėe). Beloved uncle of Greg Mogg (Lisa), Ryan Gent (Miranda), Laura Mogg (Randy), Nic Boughner, Zac Gent, Elliot Dewar, Kyla Dewar, Brandon Dewar, Angie Reimneitz (Marc) and the late Justin Chamberlain. Great uncle of Brooklyn, Sarah Rae, Megan, Devon, James, Zen, Justin Marc and Abby. Predeceased by his parents Isabelle and Lloyd Mogg and mother-in –law Dorothy Dewar. Ken will be sadly missed by his long time friend Rennie Rota. Ken was a long time employee of Miracle Food Mart, Rocco's and Sobey's. Ken's love of golf and all sports will live on in his son Cole. The family would like to express their deepest appreciation for the care and compassion given by the staff and doctors of Princess Margaret, London Regional and Windsor Regional Cancer Centre, ComCare support of Robin and Rachelle, nurses Mary-Christie, Terri and Deb.
