Passed away peacefully with her children by her side at Rose Garden Villa at the age of 90 years. She can now be reunited her twin sister Lorrain. Lillian had 2 children whom she adored; Charles William Major and Edina Marie Bertrand Lyons. She will be missed by her grandchildren Clayton Bertrand and wife Christine, K.P. Major and wife Kolleen, Kelly Bertrand and wife Karen, Shawn Girard and husband Kevin, Davie Lyons and partner Dale, Andrew Lyons and wife April, Xanadu Major, and Heather Major. Lillian so loved all her great grandchildren and treasured them so. They will miss her smile. Lillian lived a full and active life. She was a talented and crafty lady who enjoyed crocheting, quilting and ceramics. She lived on her own until she was 87 years and spent the last couple of years with her friends at Rose Garden Villa; where she received excellent care and compassion from all the wonderful staff. She enjoyed sharing time with her friends Donna, Betty and Bill and will miss her special friend Rodger. Lillian was a proud women who never went anywhere without her lipstick!!! Graveside prayers and blessing will be held at Assumption Cemetery (Wyandotte and Huron Church) on Saturday April 28 at 11:30 am. All who want to celebrate Lillian's life are welcome.
