On November 16, 2011 at 90 years of age. Beloved father of the late George Powell husband of Betty, the late Sid Powell husband of Sue, Nancy Cady and husband Vince, Alan Powell husband of the late Leslie, Larry Powell husband of the late Kim, Ted Powell and wife Trish. Cherished grandfather of Cheri, James, Trisha, Robin, Crystal and James, Stacey, Kristina, Melissa, Michael, James, TJ, Terry and great-grandfather of many. Manford was a veteran of WWII and a member of RCL #143. He was an avid dart player at The Moose Lodge where he enjoyed many friends.
