Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on November 23, 2011 at 55 years of age. Beloved husband, bestest friend, and soul mate of Patti (Holgate) for 25 years. Loving father of Colin Christian, Kingston James, Kevin Raymond and Christal Adele. Treasured son of the late Raymond and Joan Knudsen and step son of Nick Sarzynski. Brother of the late Chris Knudsen and the late Karen and her husband Doug Sheldon. Dearest son-in-law of Adelaide and Bill Holgate. He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins and friends. Michael's greatest joy came from spending time with his family, always teaching and guiding his children in Christ. Michael was a proposal engineer at O'Keller Tool for over 25 years. He had a passion for craftsmanship and used his skills to help many family members and friends. He was an avid supporter of his children's sports teams, whether it be cheering from the stands with Patti, or coaching from behind the bench. Michael dedicated his life to God and lived by His word every day. He was a loving, giving, and courageous man that will be sadly missed by all. He will be forever and always remembered and loved. Visiting Friday November 25, 2011, from 3-5pm and 7-9pm with parish prayers at 4:30pm at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841. On Saturday, friends are invited to join the family after 10:00am at Corpus Christi Church (1400 Cabana Rd. W.) until the time of Funeral Mass at 11:00am.
