Passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on September 12, 2011 with his loving family by his side. Adoring and beloved husband of Mafalda (nee Capaldi) for 31 years. Cherished father of Silvia Devin and husband Matthew, and Claudio and Emily McIntyre. Reunited with his late parents Giovanni and Maria Capoccia and parents in law Pietro and Maria Capaldi. Will be missed by brother Valerio and wife Paola (Italy). Survived by brothers and sisters in law Joe and Rose Capaldi, and Frank and Cathy Capaldi. Zio to Gianmaria and Carlo Capoccia (Italy), Stefania and Luc Blanchard, Sara Capaldi and David DiPonio, Ryan and Susan Capaldi, Melissa Capaldi, Brandon Capaldi, and Hugh Nicoletti. Nick retired after 25 years of dedicated employment at A.G. Simpson. Visiting on Thursday 3-5 and 7-9 with prayers at 4:30 pm at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841.
