On November 4, 2008 at 86 years of age. Beloved husband of 55 years to the late Maureen (nee Shannon) (April 9, 2008). Loving father of Dwight. Cherished grandpa of Sean. Father-in-law of Laura Joy. Son of the late Wilfred and Olga (nee Jackson) Duncan. Dear brother-in-law of Brian husband of the late Debbie Shannon, Tom and wife June Shannon, the late Dan husband of Jane Shannon, Kay Mailloux, Patty wife of the late Art Cooper. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Owen retired from London Life Insurance in 1984 and was proud of his more than 30 years of continuous service.
