Passed away on October 17, 2012 at the age of 68. Loving wife to the late Ted (2007). Adored mother to Kathi Delcourt, Chris (Tammy) Delcourt and Terri (Brandon) Pirouet. Will be missed by Jen, John, Donny, Margie, Kathy, John, David, Mike, Bobby and Laura. Loving gramma to Andrew, Samantha, Owen, Everett, Tyler, Adam, Talia, Samantha, Mark, Brae, Kieran, Rory and great-gramma to Layla. Dear sister to Ronnie (Elsie), Denny (Marilyn), Mike, John, Gerry, Howard and the late Jimmy (Marilyn). Pat leaves behind many nieces, nephews and friends.
