Passed away Friday August 3, 2012 surrounded by his loving family at Heron Terrace. Beloved husband of Winn (Nee Leal) for 63 years. Pat is lovingly remembered by his children Patti Anne (Dan) Scully, Penny (Mason) Hoppe, Susan (Ian) Buchanan and Wendy Thompson. Proud Grandpa of Robyn (Peter), Tim (Dana), Mike, Callie, Cameron, Amanda (Kyle), Megan (Andrew), Doug, and Andrew. Great Grandpa of Brooklyn. He will be sadly missed by his sister Norma, brother Ron (Bernie), sister-in-law Nan, brother-in-law Don and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Predeceased by 6 sisters and 3 brothers. Pat was a graduate of the Ford Trade School and then worked for 42 years at Ford Motor Company, beginning as a tool & die maker and working his way up to Supervisor at the Essex Engine Plant. To know Pat made you smile. The love of his wife Winn and his "4 Girls" is the legacy he is leaving behind. A special thank you to his "extended family" at Hillman Marsh – Heron Terrace, for all your love and support. Funeral service will be on Wednesday at 10:30 am from Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841 to Corpus Christi Church, for mass of Christian burial at 11am. Cremation to follow.
