Welcomed into the arms of her Saviour on Nov. 16, 2009 with loving family by her side at the age of 98. Beloved wife of the late John C. (2006). Loving mother of Ted Hanifan and wife Eileen, Pam and husband Norm James, John M. Briggs and late wife Nancy, Robert Briggs and wife Sharon, Stephen Briggs and wife Jane, Susan and husband Steve MacLean. Special and proud grandmother of Shari (Vernon Clarke), the late Michael Hanifan (2005), David Hanifan (Renee), Karen James, Scott James, Misti (Charles Lewis), Chris Briggs (Roxanne), Robert Snow, Kyla Briggs, Victoria Briggs, Alan Briggs, Erika Gowanlock, Kelly MacLean, Andrew MacLean and great grandmother of 14. Predeceased by brothers Thomas, Gilbert, William and sisters Lillian and Dorothy. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews and their families and by granddaughter-in-law Angela.
