Loving father of Susan and her late husband William Fowler and Larry and wife Laurel. Treasured Pipi of Joel, Jeremy, Alicia, Angela and Hannah. Philias served overseas in the liberation of Holland. He worked as a caretaker at Our Lady of Mount Carmel School and worked as a Rural Route Mail Carrier for Canada Post. He enjoyed golfing and bowling with his friends. He played and umpired for many years for the Essex County Baseball League being one of the ace pitchers in the league.
